It's a BOY!!

Allison was happy to eat CAKE and frosting!!

Brennon & I had our sonogram on 11/21/11. All looks good for baby Randa due March 31, 2012. We decided to have the sonographer write the baby's gender on a card and seal in an envelope. We then took the envelope home -sworn to secrecy that we would not peek! I had some help from a co-worker - who looked at the card and called my cake order into the bakery. She advised the baker to make the inside of the cake pink or blue.

We had the big "reveal" in McPherson together with our families over the Thanksgiving holiday. Oh the anticipation and excitement was at it's highest! Everyone wore their pink or blue shirt to signify their " gender-guess".

Brennon and I both thought this baby was a boy (although he failed to wear his shirt). I asked Brennon nearly 100 times what he thought.

Each time he said "it's a boy".

Sure enough the single cut into the cake revealed.....ITS A BOY!!

Baby Cousin Clark

We are excited to meet baby boy cousin on the Clark side. It won't bee long...about 6 weeks to go. Oh what fun!!

Christmas Quilt

Allison got an early Christmas present from Gma Randa. Gma Randa made a Christmas Quilt with dollies on it! Neat!

Out for a Thanksgiving Mule Ride

We had fun back in McPherson for Thanksgiving. We went for a family ride in the mule at my parents farm. Allison loves going for a ride.

Half Way There..

Sweetie

This week marks 20 weeks of pregnancy for me! Allison still likes to say "baby in there". We aren't sure yet that she REALLY knows what is to come. For now, she's just enjoying all the attention she can get!! She's going to be a great big Sis.

We will find out the gender of baby #2 on Thanksgiving Day.
