Allison loved all the excitement this year for Halloween. Last year Allison was merely 2 weeks old. This year we got out and enjoyed all the action in the neighborhood! She had a fun time!!

Daddy designed Mr Pumpkin for Allison. I thought Allison would be intrigued with touching and feeling the seeds and such. She didn't really want to get messy. Such a princess she is.

The Rocking Chair

Allison has really become attached to this rocking chair. It was mine as a child, and my parents brought it to Allison for her birthday. Allison just loves getting in and out of it. She has also been amusingly fascinated with anything that will hang around her neck - like the dog leash in this picture. She likes my necklaces, too...

Cruising Around..

On Allison's birthday weekend, she took 3-4 steps here and there. Anything that moves, she pushes around; hence her new shopping cart. There's always something new happening it seems...... what ever went on before Allison???????

One year ago today, Brennon and I anxiously awaited the arrival of our baby girl. On October 16 we drove to the hospital at 2 am. The same day we met our little blessing, Allison Claire!

The past year has been full of new, exciting things.

What a joy Allison has been to us.

We took advantage of this nice weather and drove out to the Louisburg Cider Mill. We enjoyed a snack with our friends the Powell's, watched all the apples come off the truck, and then we picked out our pumpkins.
