Grandpa Cecil's Birthday

Happy Birthday Cecil! We had a party at our house....Brennon smoked the yummy meat and I made my first cake. Allison can't wait for cake!
Brennon and his cousin swap bikes and are ready for a cruise...

Family picture - summer 2013

On the way to Table rock lake this summer... We stopped because Luke stunk up the van with a big smash. A nice man on his bicycle took our picture.

Tablerock 2013

Mom and Dad treated us all to Tablerock again this year. We all look forward to this family vacation and being together under the same roof. We enjoyed boating, swimming, tubing, skiing, and kareoke. Luke and Kayden were just 1 yr old and kept us all on our toes. Allison wanted to swim, swim, swim.....the tubing part.....not so much!!

Long time....no blogging...highchair

Fun on Grandpa Cecil's 4 wheeler
We visited the sno cone shack frequently this summer.....like every weekend.....like every time Allison was at Grandypa's........like we couldn't get enough....
I'm back! Grandma Mitsy and Jeannie, I have neglected my blog....so I will try to catch up. We've been busy as always.....never a dull moment. Now, here we are....it's been one year since we sold our house in KC and made plans to move back to McPherson. We've loved it. We've made special friends, enjoyed time with our families, found a good church.....I had a garden this summer, Alli went to preschool and now, I'm standing here looking at the highchair. Yes, looking at the highchair.......Luke won't sit in it anymore.....he insists on sitting at the table. It's been about two weeks......I can't bring myself to put the highchair away.....for good. No more babies in the highchair. It's a bittersweet moment, my babies are growing up........
