12 weeks has come and gone...

My friend Shona, made these cute cupcakes. I took some to Westrope and Brennon took some to NSP to announce we are expecting. Most of  my co-workers were surprised, yet they knew it wouldn't be long. 

Brennon's co-workers are mostly guys so they were of course surprised.

We went home a few weekends ago....to share some big news! Little did our parents know why we came home and asked that they make us steaks on the grill...

It turned out great. Just me and Brennon and the parents. OR should we call them GRANDPARENTS?!

Anywho, all were very excited and surprised of course!! Both parents are extremely excited, as this will be the 1st grandbaby for them both. Yep, we are the experiments!

If you haven't been over to our house lately, you might have missed a BIG MESS! Haha. We took old sheetrock and insulation out a few weeks ago. We've come a long ways. The mess is still everywhere, though. We've now have lighting! Before, there was no ceiling lights in this room. We're starting to see the end now. I think a party might be in the works, when this gets done. Rock on..sheet-rock on, that is :)

So I have to admit, I've been a little MIA lately! Our house remodel required some disconnect from the internet, amongst other things. 

So, we're back now! Did you miss us?

As you can see in the picture, one of Brennon's dreams came true. He got a 2004 Yamaha Roadstar Warrior. Here we are going for a cruise around the neighborhood. Don't worry mom, we'll take it slow....and yes, we plan on getting helmets.

Needless to say, Brennon hasn't gotten much riding in lately with the yucky weather, and the house remodel project. Before we know it, the summer will be here and he can ride lots. I'm not yet sure what Blackjack thinks of this new black toy..
