If you haven't been over to our house lately, you might have missed a BIG MESS! Haha. We took old sheetrock and insulation out a few weeks ago. We've come a long ways. The mess is still everywhere, though. We've now have lighting! Before, there was no ceiling lights in this room. We're starting to see the end now. I think a party might be in the works, when this gets done. Rock on..sheet-rock on, that is :)

So I have to admit, I've been a little MIA lately! Our house remodel required some disconnect from the internet, amongst other things. 

So, we're back now! Did you miss us?

As you can see in the picture, one of Brennon's dreams came true. He got a 2004 Yamaha Roadstar Warrior. Here we are going for a cruise around the neighborhood. Don't worry mom, we'll take it slow....and yes, we plan on getting helmets.

Needless to say, Brennon hasn't gotten much riding in lately with the yucky weather, and the house remodel project. Before we know it, the summer will be here and he can ride lots. I'm not yet sure what Blackjack thinks of this new black toy..

5k Groundhog Run with Westrope

Each year my work sponsors us to run in the Groundhog Run. It's an underground tunnel, so believe it or not, you can run in shorts and tank tops in the dead of winter. Here's me after I just finished the race. Go Team Westrope!

Last weekend was the OVP Boat Show. This is serious stuff, ok? My parents and my brother came to visit for the weekend. The guys had fun checking out all the big boats and dreaming of having one someday. Did you say "power"?

Meanwhile, my mom and I went shopping. I had a great time hanging out with my mom and spending too much money :)
